Lock and Alarm

In a business world that makes ever increasing demands on your workforce, the need to work late or meet deadlines necessitates some members of staff having to work outside of normal hours.

Usually in these instances one member of staff is asked to 'lock-up' when finished.

Security 3000 Nationwide Ltd have fully trained and vetted Security Officers who will patrol, lock and alarm your premises at specified times, ensuring that the correct procedures are followed as required by your insurance company.

24 Hour Control Room

We're always there to support Security 3000 Nationwide people. We look after the interests of all our staff. Out of hours, they also have the support of our Security Control Room. Able to remotely monitor staff clocking on and off duty, they make supervisory check calls at regular intervals, log incidents, offer advice and deal with emergency situations. If an Officer does not respond to a check call from our Control Room, we take the necessary action, sending in backup to determine why and to ensure your property remains safe and secure.

Securely locked away in our Control Room, your keys and alarm codes will be in safe hands. For swift access, with insider knowledge of your premises, we will log all keys in and out, advising the appropriate personnel at all times. All of which means you can get your doors opened when you want to and keep them closed when you need to.

Fire Risk Assessment

The FSO applies to all non-domestic premises in England and Wales, including the common parts of blocks of flats and houses in multiple occupation (HMO's). The law applies to you if you are:

• responsible for business premises
• an employer or self-employed with business premises
• responsible for a part of a dwelling where that part is solely used for business purposes
• a charity or voluntary organisation
• a contractor with a degree of control over any premises
• providing accommodation for paying guests

Under the FSO, the responsible person must carry out a Fire Safety Risk Assessment and implement and maintain a fire management plan. This is where Security 3000 Nationwide Ltd can help, we can survey the premises and comply thoroughly with the current legislation and implement the appropriate course of action.

Security 3000 Nationwide Ltd can undertake all forms of Fire Risk Assessment and advise you through the process. Our surveyors can undertake the inspection within 2-5 working days and have the report completed within 48 hours (sooner if needed urgently).
